I placed an order after seeing they have U.S. location. My credit card was charged immediately. I have emailed and sent "chats" several times without a response. Their website does not provide a phone number. It's been 10 days, the items haven't been shipped and there was no customization requested. I suspect this is a scam company.

My order is has been MIA forever. (order: C19376) My father is part of the pastor team at church and I was excited to get this for his 87th Birthday. I have not heard back in over a week and today is now the 26th of Feb and I have not gotten anything, nor are they contacting me regarding a refund. Next call will be my Bank!
Horrible Company and even worse customer service Do not order anything from this scam company you will lose your money and will not receive your order. They are a scam I am having them investigated and they will be shut down the owners will be charged for fraud!
