I wanted to try this company as I've tried Barkbox and Bullymake in the past and wanted to give this company a shot. Customer service is amazing! Quick and responsive and have replaced damaged toys right away. The treats are great quality and my dogs really like the different toppers! Our toy experience unfortunately hasn't been great. We chose the super chewer option so no soft toys. While the dogs DO love each toy and have played with every item, the soft rubber kong style toys are chewed in mere minutes. I've had to throw them out each box. The harder plastic toys are much more durable, however they are already wearing away and it's only been a month. I anticipate throwing them away in another month. I have toys from Bullymake that are 7 years old now, so sadly these toys miss the mark by a lot. I truly hope they can make some adjustments to their durable toy designs because that's all that's lacking from a 10/10 experience with this company! I won't be renewing after my 6 month subscription due to the toys, but I will definitely still recommend them to friends who have smaller dogs because the customer service is so much better than my experience at other brands.
I have had the woofpack subscription for 3 months or so, I chose small dog, and all 3 months recieved medium to large toys. One was a hard toy that my dogs couldn't use at all. The stuffed ones were also to big for them to carry around. I contacted them, having to wait days for a response, and they told me they'd send the smallest toys they had. Recieved the same big toys. I requested to cancel multiple times and they refused because of the 6 month contract. I explained that choosing small dog, this is misleading because it is NOT for small dogs. I had to contact my bank to stop the payments because this is completely horrible customer service, and just a dirty thing to do. The subscription is $40+ a month for 2 unusable toys, and 2 dry gross bags of treats. I will gladly go back to barkbox, and honestly feel alot of there reviews are paid, because there is no way im the only one with this issue!
My girls love Woof Pack day!! As soon as it shows up, so does the excitement. The treats are great, but they LOVE the new toys that show up. They had the chewer pack to start and we now have a collection of hard toys in hilarious shapes and sizes in the toy box. I just reached out to the team and asked to switch to the other pack and Jonah answered so quickly and got it changed over right away. They are wonderful to deal with and the pups love the toys and treats - couldn’t ask for better. 100% recommend these packs!
Milky loves her woofpack. She's always so excited to open her monthly box. Even though she is a Pomeranian and the toys appear to be large, she still plays with them because there's lots of little details she can bite on to. She loves biting the nose and hands of her toys and also the fuzzy textures that some designs have.
Upon receiving the first box, I found that four out of the six toys were made of nylon and extremely hard, making them unsuitable for my dogs. They are heavy chewers, so I specifically ordered the heavy chewer box. I contacted the support team to express my dissatisfaction and requested to cancel my subscriptions, but they refused to do so. Be cautious, as once you sign up, cancellation is not an option. Now, I'm left with a one-year subscription for toys that I cannot use.
Hazardous toy alert. Be cautious as your dog's jaw may get trapped in the opening. My dog experienced this, being stuck for over 20 minutes while we tried to free him. I contacted the company, and they made it clear that they cannot and will not provide any assistance for purchases made in Canada. This is a deeply troubling response. As pet owners, we are always seeking safe products for our animals. I suggested they address safety concerns on the packaging, as simply indicating a weight category does not consider a dog's size or weight distribution.
My dog and I eagerly anticipate our monthly subscription box. Each month brings a new theme, and the toys and treats are consistently high quality! Recently, she's been loving the beef rib bone as a special treat. The plush toys are adorable, and she hasn’t managed to destroy any of them. She practically does backflips for the treats! I highly recommend this subscription box to any dog owner!
We got our initial box of plush toys and chew items, but soon noticed that our small dog struggled with the heavier chew toys. She’s quite selective with her treats as well. The service promptly adjusted her next box without any hassle. She adores her plushies! I’m certain she’ll be excited to see the delivery person again next month bringing something special just for her!
If I could rate this experience lower than zero, I would. The customer service I received from this company was appalling. When I shared my concerns about the dangerously defective product they sent—thankfully, I removed it from my dog before he could ingest any of it, as it was meant for heavy chewers—they never once inquired about my dog's well-being. When I expressed my wish to cancel the subscription due to this issue, all I got was a message stating they would cancel the renewal but continue to charge me until the current subscription ends. There was absolutely no concern for my dog, who is a Certified Service Dog; they only seemed interested in the money. After their internal review, my credit card company has offered to assist me in disputing the charges monthly, if needed. I plan to refuse delivery of any future boxes sent by the seller and will do so as long as they persist in pursuing payment, which they have done for the second month now. To reiterate: NOT A SINGLE WORD OF CONCERN FOR MY DOG'S SAFETY REGARDING THE PRODUCT THEY PROVIDED. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING PAID. HEARTLESS.
We purchased a sample box with a 6-month subscription. The first box had acceptable treats, but one chew toy lasted only 2 minutes before breaking. The other was too hard and unsafe. Pigs' ears are not suitable for dogs. We tried to cancel, but they offered discounts and alternatives that didn’t suit us. The only way to cancel was to pay a fee.
