I would rate this a zero if I could. I tried this service once and never signed up for anything, yet on the same day they attempted to withdraw £34.99 from my account. Fortunately, I had no funds available and contacted my bank to explain the situation, and they blocked the transaction. Since then, they have repeatedly tried to take £34.99! This is a complete scam! My recommendation is to avoid this platform for ANYTHING, even if it claims to be free!

These are total thieves! I paid £0.90 for a document, and now they are trying to charge my account £34.99. This fraudulent entity needs to be investigated by the Consumer Protection Bureau or a similar organization to put an end to their actions. Such disgraceful and criminal behavior.
ANOTHER SCAM! Just like the other reviewers, I paid £0.90 for a cover letter and was later charged £34.99. After I complained, I received an inadequate response claiming they didn’t have an account in my name—how did they charge me then? NO REFUND GIVEN.
STAY FAR AWAY! I paid a small fee of about 80 pence for a cover letter. There was no subscription agreement, yet two weeks later, £35 was debited from my account. My bank has refunded me while they investigate. This is a scam, and they need to be shut down.
Be cautious. I fell victim to this. I noticed a pending charge on day six. They continued to take money even after I tried to cancel. SCAM. I got the bank involved. I might have been more forgiving if what I paid for was usable. You get better results from other platforms. It's impossible to contact them, and they don't respond to chatbots. To stop further transactions, I had to cancel my card.
