Everytime I post a review on trust pilot...I am contacted by fashion station...assuring refunds...then again they vanish....each time they act different person...asking abt the matter from scratch...then one day a very arrogant person Simran started messaging...she had the audacity to say that they were kind enough to talk to me...then they changed by account details and blaming some other person saying she is asking for refund in wallet...Simran is thief...Syed Imran is a scamner...they should be put behind bsrs....still they are able to scam people and after sharing my bank details in December....they still cant issue refund which is so unreasonable....I am adding more...as just after my review got posted...those thieves again sent me a mail assuring refund in my bank account.....
I ordered suit from Fashion Station worth ₹7,200 on 8 November 2025, and it has still not been delivered to me. I contacted them many times through emails, messages, and calls, but I received no response. Finally, they replied saying that they would give a refund, but the refund was also never processed. This is a fraudulent company.
It has been years, and they refuse to issue a refund. Why are they still in business? They expect us to trust them after such a terrible experience? Now they offer store credit? I fear they will disappear on customers once more. My trust in them is completely gone.
Clearly a scam. Not trustworthy at all.

This is my last follow-up regarding the refund for my order, which you confirmed was processed on 06 June 2025.
Despite multiple follow-ups and providing my bank statement as requested, the refund has not been credited, and I have received no response from your team. There is also no record of any refund from the payment gateway.
I request that you take immediate action and do one of the following within 48 hours:
Provide the Bank Reference Number (ARN/UTR) for the refund transaction,
OR
Re-initiate the refund immediately.
If this issue is not resolved within the specified timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum and relevant authorities without further notice.
I expect your prompt response and resolution.
