Took the plunge and subscribed to Cworks and couldn't be more impressed. The service is exemplary with next day delivery, day old beans (roasting date) and well packaged.
The coffee (chocolate brownie) is fabulous and the brew guide is spot on with the 1:2 ratio suggestion. I'll definitely continue using the subscription and will be trying some of the other flavours.
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the coffee as my delivery experience was quite frustrating. The information on the website indicated that orders received after 22/12 would be roasted and dispatched on 29th December, which seemed fine for my schedule as I expected delivery by 2/01. I made my payment and received a confirmation email stating the same dispatch date. However, as I waited, I noticed my order wasn't marked as dispatched by 30/12. When I reached out via live chat, I was informed that my order had not been dispatched on 29/12 and would actually be sent out on 2/01, resulting in a likely delivery on 5th or even 6th January. I decided to cancel my order immediately and won't be placing another one in the future.

I've only been purchasing coffee beans for about a year now. After trying several different sources, this one stands out as my favorite. Excellent coffee, great pricing, and super reliable (I’ve set up a subscription) – it’s probably the best coffee I’ve ever tasted.
I can’t find any faults with this service. They are informative and friendly. The coffee is roasted to order and shipped the next day. There’s a wide selection to explore, and I’m still searching for that perfect strong, smooth blend. I needed information about setting up a subscription for a gift, and they were extremely helpful. They seem like a small company, and I hope they continue to provide the attentive and friendly service they currently offer.
Amazing coffee with very fast delivery. As a first-time bean-to-cup machine owner, I tried some generic beans from a local store first, which made the difference clear. I immediately subscribed and will happily enjoy this service’s coffee from now on!
Always excellent coffee with quick and dependable delivery. They offer a great variety and useful guides to help you start your coffee journey or discover a new favorite. Personally, I prefer the half-caf whole beans, but when I began, I bought a bag ground for my brewing method to understand the proper taste.
