Subject: Request for Assistance Regarding My CaseI hope this message finds you well. I have been working with your company since July 2024 and have been providing them with the necessary information to help reclaim some lost funds. However, I have not received any updates from them in some time, despite my attempts to reach out through several emails.Given my significant investment in your company, I would appreciate any information you could provide regarding the status of my case. I previously reached out to verify the employment status of the individuals mentioned above, but I was recently alerted to potential issues on your company website.I kindly request that someone get in touch with me at your earliest convenience to address my concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.]
I got a prompt response from Cyberclaims and their operative spoke to me in honesty and told me about more than just the pros and cons of trying to recover lost cryptocurrency. I appreciate the time they took to pay attention to a claim as small as mine. Thanks for the trouble!
I submitted a possible scam recovery request through Scam Detector and was contacted by Craig Sutton. He took the time to look at the big picture...ie..the original scam from 2 years ago that led to this recent scam. He explained the processes and helped me realise that it was unlikely that anything could be recovered from the original one and that it might not be worth pursuing the recent one, although they had the technology to proceed. I decided not to proceed, and spend more money with a possible unsatisfactory outcome.Craig invited me to ask future advice in the event of further scam attempts, which I have already asked, and becuase of this I have avoided 2 further scam attempts. I am very grateful.
I lost a very large amount through sophisticated crypto scam. When I reported the scam to Scamwatch (National Anti-scam centre in Australia) Cyber claims approached me providing recovery consulting services. Darren is pleasant, friendly and convincing in his manner. He did some preliminary work on the case; I read the reviews on Cyber Claims and asked specifically what the anticipated success rate would be; a categoric '90%'chance of winning against the bank involved. This certainly impacted on my decision to sign the service agreement. An initial nonrefundable retainer fee of Aus $16800 (+ planned 6% on any recovered funds) was charged. initially, the service was good with an allocated case manager (CM) in writing letters to the bank, however, the service quality declined amidst the subsequent denial of the bank to take any responsibility; Darran and the CM kept my hopes up with their reassurances as I was losing faith in their service as the process continued. The actual return I got was 0%!! (after appealing to the regulation authority, AFCA) I will not recommend Cyber Crime as they were not truthful in providing a realistic and transparent expectation of success rate; when they have already got the facts of the case and as professionals in the work of helping the traumatized scam victims they need to be mindful of the sensitivity of the victims emotional state...or is it a case of primarily caring about their business interests? Every case is different, therefore even more important to give a % range of success rate .
I came across this website due to crypto scam which happened to me recently, and talk to a very pleasant person name "Craig" on the phone. He seems to know about crypto scams but I could not verify any independent successful cases similar to mine in their credit. Definitely, they are not lawyers. Their jurisdiction on these crypto criminals is questionable, They might be good but upfront costs were pretty hefty with out knowing or getting any guarantees from them. However, to me a legit good business company is the one who assures about their services to their customers if they are charging upfront. They did not want to do that. I was planning to cut a deal with them to try them but they cancelled my file because we could not agree to their upfront cost plan. Therefore, I can not make plus or minus comments about them. Since, I am in US, I could not find any independent reviews on line about them either. However, its very unfortunate that we could not work out the deal because in case of successful recovery, as they boast of their ability, I would have definitely advertise their company at quora, Reddit and google to earn them alot of US business because a lot of crypto victims in US are looking for a trustworthy company to deal with crypto scams. Right now only reviews about them are on Trust pilot.
It's was a great experience to talk with the representative of Cyberclaims. He explains everything very clearly and inform me about the whole scenario what will happen and what will I get in response.I really appreciate the behavior and professionalism the way he talk.
When our website fell victim to a cyberattack, they quickly took control of the situation. Their expertise in website forensics helped us not only recover our data but also strengthen our defence against future attacks. Their service exceeded our expectations.
