I am extremely frustrated with a subscription that appears impossible to cancel. Despite numerous attempts to contact the support team, the cancel button on their website has been non-functional for almost a year. They continue to withdraw funds from my account monthly, leaving me feeling utterly helpless.
This service is a scam. I made multiple attempts to contact their support team but received no reply. The website claims you can cancel your plan; however, every time I try, it errors out, and I was charged for a year without even using the free trial.
This software development service is a scam. Their support submission form doesn’t work, nor does their support email. I have not received any acknowledgment or response to my concerns despite sending several emails. I couldn't cancel my plan as the cancellation process fails every time. All this after being charged $180 for a trial I didn’t even utilize. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone.
This is a complete scam, and all the positive reviews here seem fake. Monthly charges of $179 were never authorized. I tried the trial for $1 and canceled immediately. I have not received any email receipts for the monthly charges.
