Angel and Josh came out to do a roof inspection and were awesome to work with. Super professional and really know their stuff. They explained the whole roof installation process in a way that made it easy for me to understand. Excited to get my new roof!
A young gentleman by the name of Atiyeh was walking around the neighborhood giving free inspections for the roof and windows. i was a bit skeptical but i let him go at it. After he went around and did his inspection he did let me know what the issues were, as well as the damage my windows were causing my house. I knew i had to do something. He went above and beyond and Fought to try to earn my business but unfortunately he could not get me approved. I appreciate all his efforts and whoever does book an appt with this company, request Atiyeh!
The original contact, the man (wish I could remember his name) who got this started was knowledgeable enough to point out some roofing issues I had not found in my brief inspection. So, we set up an appointment to get the free evaluation just to see what are looking at, without the intent to purchase anything at this time. So, then we meet Dave and a little bit later Shanelle for our inspection. The results were positive for us, because there was no significant damage at all. But as we evaluated the good fortune, we also knew we had a 15-year-old roof and it was going to breakdown soon enough, we all sat down and had an honest adult discussion, which was my final selling point. We agreed to purchase, and Dave has gone above and beyond since that point to ensure customer service, and we are looking forward to the install.
Andrew from Albuquerque made my inspection a wonderful experience as he was thorough and direct. What I especially appreciated was the passion he has for knowing the product and background of the company. He also did his research before our appointment which showed me that he took my time seriously.
David Straub and Jason Wilcoxon were both very professional and polite through the whole process. They did a thorough inspection of my roof, attic and overhang They provided excellent pictures with explanations of what I was looking at and why these were important. Overall A+ experience and would highly recommend Dabella for quality service, products, and experience.
Brooke K and Blake N were great. My partner and I were worried that our roof was going to be a much bigger issue but they eased our fears. A new roof is no small cost but the value this roofing will add to our home is so beneficial! Could not recommend Brooke and Blake enough!
