I have used Kings Carpet twice during the last couple of months and each time I have been impressed with the quality of the product supplied and the level of service. In December I had Karndean fitted in the hall and the fitter offered really useful advice. He was friendly, efficient, tidy and on time! I am really happy with the result and I would thoroughly recommend.Earlier this week I had a small bedroom carpet fitted and, again, this fitter was just as professional and I am very happy with the result.The staff in the showroom were also very helpful and gave good advice.
We were looking for something rustic, easy to install, and affordable to place around our new gas fireplace. We began our search in Billings as we thought the selection might be better. No luck in Billings! We decided to check Carpet One in Worland. Their selection was great and they were helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the product and the installation. We are very pleased with the product, service and installation of our new carpet. I did comparison shopping with stores in Billings and found that I was getting a better product for my money. I encourage you to check them out if in the market for new flooring.
Very friendly staff, and excellent customer service! Helped me choose the carpet that was right for my setting and they had installation done just a few days later! It looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality flooring job!
Very pleased with the service we received. We were quoted a lower than original price by accident for the carpet we choose, and was given the carpet with the lower quote. Installation was quick and done very well, with the exception of being charged at first for floor prep, which was already done. A call to the office took care of that. We were also given in house financing which helped out a ton! They have been great to work with, and am looking forward to having my dining room and kitchen floors done soon. Thank You!
