I had an issue with my package getting lost in the mail and contacted customer support through email. Jessica responded quickly and was very friendly and understanding. She took care of everything and placed a replacement order right away. I truly appreciate the great customer service!
Absolutely loving this amazing clear protein! The taste of fruit punch and strawberry are delicious! My kids even love it and are proud of me while on my health journey. To incorporate this protein into my life has been easy and something I truly look forward to everyday! Can’t wait to see merch and more flavors join!
My experience with Dailies has been nothing but positive from the start! I ordered when they launched, got my package in quickly and enjoyed every packet of protein powder! I didn’t order when they did a restock because I wasn’t completely out and that was a mistake because once I finished my bag and had to wait for a restock, I was bummed. This is the only protein I want to take every day! Highly highly recommend!
Jessica was extremely helpful! I accidentally ordered without doing the subscription option and immediately placed a correct second
order. I emailed for support and she went above and beyond to help me get the incorrect order canceled, quickly!
Dailies clear protein is the absolute best!! First rate company with an amazing drink to help supplement my protein intake without that heavy feeling that the milk based ones give you. All 3 flavors are great! Customer service is top-rate and Jessica helped me out very quick, professionally, and generously when I inadvertently received a duplicate order. Highly recommend!!!
First off it truly taste amazing. First protein drink I have actually enjoyed. Second the customer service is amazing! Had to make some changes to my subscription after it had already been charged for the month. Jessica got back to me right away, made the changes and was extremely kind and helpful! Thanks dailies for being a stand out company!!
I ordered and tried it. I really wanted to like it but I can’t drink it and It also had a horrible after taste. I know there is no refunds but I contacted customer service and they were not willing to help at all. They just tried to offer me a small discount to order more. For a new company you think they’d have better customer service.
It doesn't blend or mix like it should. Advised CS and tried 2 different flavors and followed their suggestions with ice, more water etc. and still not great. Shipping took so long. Over 10 days and we are local. However once CS responded to initial question, they didn't comment on similar issue with other flavor. Haven't drant any additional packets and son-in-law sait if was also a no for him too... Way too sweet for him also.
I decided to try the fruit punch first and I really like it! It doesn’t have the gross protein taste at all and it doesn’t taste fake! Very delicious like it is but I am planning to get the strawberry and try mixing it with coconut water!
