Avoid DAINTY CRAFT
Worst experience I ever had. I ordered and item, tried to cancel the order within 10 hours, but they refused to cancel the order. When the item arrived the package was crushed, upon examining the package I found there was NO PROTECTIVE PACKAGING around the item. The shipping label was missing the sender's address.
I opened the crushed package, and the item was crushed beyond repair. I took pictures and documented everything, contacted dainty craft for a full refund and offered to return the item. Dainty Craft ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE A RETURN ADDRESS. The item useless and dainty craft REFUSED to issue or replace the item. The most UNETHICAL COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. After reading the lengthy legal return policy it is apparent this company is a RIP OFF, not only is the product inferior and cheaper than advertised, but the service is also the WORST I EVER experienced.
They absolutely refused to cooperate, even after providing numerous pictures of the damaged item, which was damaged due to their not packing it correctly. Avoid problems and avoid this company, the products are not even close to what they advertise.

Received the item damaged, crushed upon delivery. Contacted Dainty Craft and sent pictures of extensive damage to item - absolutely refused to issue a refund, refused to cooperate. Read the return policy and it becomes clear that this company is a rip off - avoid this company
Ordered product 3 months ago and after last correspondence showed delivered even though two days after the last showed not delivered. This is not a USA company, product shipped from overseas, according to their own tracking app. Customer service is horrible, please be warned.

My order was shipped from a foreign country [China?] and the order tracking info is totally generic with references to "airport of origin" and "airport of destination". There is enough international information to indicate that the product might be in the US. I am trying to be patient and hoping that the product arrives this year. I am totally frustrated that I am not getting a US made product - if I get a product at all.
Absolute Robbers. When you start to order an item online they give you a delivery date and then when you complete the order and pay you notice that they have changed the delivery date. I immediately cancelled the order and asked for a Refund as the delivery date was too long and they have only refunded part of the amount and now won’t answer my emails despite me sending them three.This Company is not to be trusted.
