Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Their return process feels like a scam. I ordered from the UK and was told to return the item to the US at a high cost, while others in the US were instructed to ship to the UK. Unacceptable.

Received the pants and very disappointed

I finally received these pants and wanted to return or exchange them. After reading the reviews, I feel disheartened and believe there’s no point in trying to return them due to the runaround. That's $80 wasted on pants that don’t fit and can’t be adjusted. Living in Canada, I doubt I’ll get an exchange or refund. Buyer beware.

Steer clear of this seller

I’m a UK size 6 and ordered XS, but these were still too large. The fabric quality is terrible, and I regret my purchase. To return them, I had to contact them, and even then, they tried to convince me to keep them. They do not provide prepaid labels, so I would have to pay £30 to return them or get a meager 5% refund! Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
