I ordered this dress for an upcoming dance competition. My expectation was that, hopefully, the fit would be ok & that it would basically serve the purpose. What I received was nothing short of fabulous! The fit was spot on; the fabric & construction is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you SO much!
I received a partial refund. I have reached out numerous times for a detailed explanation in what I was not going to receive. I have yet to get a response. I can only assume part of my order is still on the way since I did not get a full refund, but I cannot get any response from danceym. I have ordered from here before without issues so I’m not certain why I can’t get anyone to respond to me.
I was extremely disappointed with ordering from this company. I had placed an order and then two days later received a refund without explanation of why the company cannot provide me the dress I ordered from them. Plus, on the contact us area I had left three messages for information and clarification and was never returned an email from the company. So, very disappointed and will probably not order from here again
