I tried to communicate through customer…Devastated!

I tried to communicate through customer service with my made to measure dress measurements and could not get a response from them to confirm I had ordered it correctly. After a week passed I received a notice of refund. Now it is too late for me to order anything else an receive it in time for our performance! I am devastated about this.

These people SUCK!

First of all I placed an order for 3 items. They took forever to ship it and did not respond to my requests for an update. Apparently one item was discontinued - and was not shipped to me. But they charged me for it anyway. I would use extreme caution when dealing with these people!
