Poor Service Experience

I ordered shoes on September 25th. They were marked as shipped but never arrived. When I requested a refund, they said they couldn't help since it was already shipped. Now it's November 19th, and after more emails, they advised me to ask USPS for a refund. I tried that, but it was a hassle. Eventually, I contacted my credit card company and received a credit.
