GA-4BB11-311072 Order has been pending since 01/07/26....... Today is February 6th still pending, I have not been paid yet. I text customer support (702) 707-6545 daily, they respond anywhere between 72 hours- NEVER.
IF THE COMPANY GIFTCASH DOES NOT HAVE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE TO PAYOUT STOP ACCEPTING NEW ORDERS.
IMMEDIATELY TAKE FUNDS OFF GIFT CARDS, SHOULD BE ABLE TO IMMEDIATELY REFUND IT BACK.
HORRIBLE 01/20/26…SERVICE IS DOWNHILL..BEEN EMAILING AND TEXTING NON STOP FOR MY FUNDS. ILL NEVER PUT MYSELF THROUGH THIS AGAIN. POOR COMMUNICATION. CARD BALANCES ARE EMPTY AND STILL NO PAYOUT. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. BEEN “ON LINE” FOR PAYOUT FOR THE LAST 4 BUSINESS DAYS. FILING FORMAL COMPLAINTS THIS WEEK WITH BBB.

The service is reliable and returned my deposit without problems. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it took about 2 weeks for my payment to be processed. I contacted the support team, and they responded quickly. I would recommend it.

I sold gift cards over two months ago, and they promised to reimburse me within 1-3 business days, but it's been over two and a half months with no response or refund. Now, my team and I are consulting with attorneys to pursue legal action, and they will be brought to light in court. Do not trust this deceptive website. It's better to discard gift cards than to sell them to this fraudulent platform.

There’s no phone contact available, only an automated messaging system. Numerous complaints have been filed against this operation with consumer protection agencies and local authorities.
It took several days, which has me worried after the balance was removed but no word from giftcash, I thought I got scammed, but then the money was sent right over to my PayPal account so it was very easy and came through for me
Submitted two cards on 10/22. Got nervous a few days later they had wiped one completely and I hadn’t payed. Today 10/27 got a notification to my PayPal that they had sent the money for the two cards. Highly recommend and fast with payments
