I paid for delivery within 3 to 5 days, but I still haven't received the dress after more than 14 days. It was meant for a funeral. We attempted to cancel for a refund, but there has been no response. The funeral was last Saturday, and I am extremely disappointed!
The ordering process was quick, but they were quick to take my payment as well. I bought what was supposed to be a soft cashmere sweater, but the parcel took a long time to arrive. When I finally received it, it looked nothing like what I had ordered. For returns, they offered a mere 16% refund if I kept the item, or I could return it but would have to pay for shipping. They clearly know that many people will just give up on their poor-quality clothing.
The company keeps flagging my reviews instead of addressing the issues. They claim to be 'requesting more information,' but nothing changes. They publicly state they tried to reach out to me, which is not true. The only response I received was a request to fill out a return form and pay for return shipping to get a 'full refund.' The items I received were misrepresented, and despite sending photos right away, they insisted I pay to return incorrect items. Their misleading responses while flagging reviews seem dishonest. I want others to be aware!
I ordered a dress for a destination wedding on a whim since there were no reviews with images. I paid for priority shipping, but after 11 days, it still hasn't arrived. I've received two emails from the company stating that it is common to not receive tracking updates after 7 days. When I check the tracking, it has said 'waiting for details' for 11 days. I emailed their customer service and received no response. I feel like I've been scammed, which is unfortunate as I needed it for a wedding. Today, I received an email asking for a review about my new piece, but it never arrived. Very disappointing.
I'm still waiting for my refund! I spent six weeks emailing this company, which changed its name and email without notifying me. I had to find the new email through online searches. The company finally agreed to process my refund within 10 business days, but it's now been over 14 days, and I still haven't received it. This company feels very sketchy. DO NOT buy from them. Update: They claimed to have processed my refund and said it's up to me to contact my credit card company. I did reach out to my credit card company, and they were helpful in processing my dispute for the lack of refund. Their tactic seems to be wearing customers down with constant emails, shifting the burden to us to provide information they already have. Their customer service is appalling. DO NOT purchase anything from this company.
