While the change fee was nearly equivalent to purchasing a new ticket, which was outside of their control, the representative's dedication and helpful attitude made the entire experience much more positive. I truly value their outstanding service.
This was the worst experience; I will never book again! I paid a £290 deposit on a £736 ticket and ended up paying an additional £250 for changes. I was assured that I would only lose the deposit if I canceled, but now I'm facing a loss of £380 plus the £250, with only £356 refunded. I spoke to multiple agents, but they were unhelpful and rude, cutting calls without follow-up. Communication is poor, and the service is unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointed.
