I ordered a dartboard but then fell ill with pneumonia. The dartboard was meant for my workplace. When I returned 2.5 weeks later and was about to mount it, I noticed that it was defective and damaged. I contacted support, who said that unfortunately I had owned the board for more than 2 weeks. Not great customer service. I have spent a lot of money there, both privately and for my work, but now I’m done with them. I do not recommend them!
Broken Light, I brought a bullet light surround the lights are faulty, have tried to contact Dart shopper on so many time to contact Dart Shopper via their for, chat bot, email and they don't even respond wouldn't recommend buying anything from them if this is their level of customer service
Terrible overall experience. Express delivery was 2 weeks late and I still get charged extra and I had a defective flight. No resolution from customer service with the product or the delivery charge that didn't deliver their promise. Extremely unhappy, my whole dart league knows not to order from dartshopper now and many more knows what happen.
A very clunky and poor process. Ordered a stand and a surround. Both one order number, but two package numbers as came separately and was very difficult to track. Took a long time to come and virtually no updates on progress or reason for delay.
I ordered elsewhere as I thought it was lost in the post as it was stuck on "out for delivery" for a few days. Then it turned up a week and a half late, but is not eligible for a free return. I paid dpd to return it as per instructions, and still have not received any confirmation they have received it, nor a refund. It's like online shopping in the early 2000s!
The shipping was extremely disappointing. It was promised to arrive in 1-3 days, and I received multiple emails confirming the timeline. However, it took a full week to arrive. The tracking information was unhelpful and provided no updates. Additionally, it's a UK-based service, yet the package originated from the Netherlands, though they did cover the shipping tax for me.
I can see others sharing similar frustrations, and I have to agree that this website is absolutely terrible. I paid extra for delivery, eagerly anticipating my new darts and oche. When the delivery time came, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I reached out via email, and they promised a response within 24 hours, but two days later, I still have not heard back. Their website fails to mention that deliveries come from another country, and it falsely claims that orders placed by a certain time are dispatched the same day. This is simply untrue. I also tried to contact them regarding a refund for my missing parcel, but I received no response. As a result, I had to dispute the payment through my bank and am anxiously waiting for my £100 to be refunded. I will not be using this website again; it's a complete joke. If I could give zero stars, I would.
It appears that the assurances given are merely empty words. My package has been stuck since last Thursday, and even though it was supposedly shipped on January 7th, the tracking status still shows 'Shipment created'. This indicates that the parcel hasn't even left the warehouse.
No one seems to have any information on the package's whereabouts, and the support team claims they cannot verify its location. It is clearly not 'in transit' as suggested. To make matters worse, the customer service team has been unresponsive to my concerns, only replying with generic, copy-pasted responses instead of offering genuine solutions.
I strongly advise against placing an order, as I have yet to receive my package. The support team is utterly disappointing, directing me to an AI chat that is completely unhelpful. It feels more like a frustrating experience than a service. I definitely won't be returning.
I placed my order two weeks ago and opted for expedited shipping, yet there's still no sign of my item. I've reached out to customer support, but all they do is ask me to wait another week. Once my order arrives, I won't be returning to this service.
