Gift purchase for my son - excellent service!

I bought a Heatrub Move for my son as a Christmas gift. It turned out to be a bit small for him when the big day arrived. The service from the team was incredibly quick, and they exchanged it for a larger size without any hassle. Now he’s a happy, warm boy, all set for his trip to Iceland. Fantastic product and outstanding support!

Received as a Christmas gift, tried them at a bike show.

I got these as a Christmas gift after testing them at a bike show. The fit is good, though slightly bulky. On my first ride, with the temperature at 3 degrees, my fingertips became cold and even painful after 40 minutes. I wouldn't recommend them.

Fantastic heat rub for winter—ordering more!

I purchased a heat rub for the winter, and it has been so effective that I'm planning to buy two more. It's incredibly comfortable and the high neck design is perfect for me, especially considering my neck and back problems.

Outstanding Experience with This Service

I’ve had an outstanding experience with this service and several of their products, including the base layer top, leggings, socks, and bike gloves. On chilly days, the base layers and socks are exceptional — warm, comfortable, and perfect for long rides without added bulk. In wet and cold conditions, the gloves performed admirably and kept my hands dry, making them a reliable choice for extended journeys, even in heavy rain. The staff are fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful — and the customer support has been excellent throughout. I also appreciate the loyalty points program, which is a great incentive and reflects their value for repeat customers. Great products, great people, and a service I’m very happy to recommend. What’s not to appreciate?

Excellent quality and fast delivery

The items I acquired appear to be of excellent quality. They were shipped promptly, and I found the price to be reasonable. I only used them once at 7 degrees Celsius, but I felt comfortable.

Excellent base layers, incredibly warm!

I saw these at a motorbike show and was skeptical, so I only bought the Heatrub socks. I regret that now, as I wore them in freezing conditions and my feet were warm and toasty. I'm now getting the leggings and top! They are the best winter base layers I've tried, and I feel confident that I'll be warm while riding this winter.

Ladies' leggings have a peculiar fit

These leggings are warm, as everyone mentions. However, the fit for the ladies' leggings isn't ideal for the female shape. They seem to be based on a men's design, which results in a baggy fit at the top of the leg and insufficient coverage at the back. I don't need extra room in that area. While I wouldn’t recommend the leggings, I do love the top. The fabric is lightweight and warm.

Keeps you warm and cozy

I use the top base layers, heat rub, move, and the ultimate heat rub for motorcycling. The ultimate keeps you very warm and comfortable in temperatures below 8 degrees, even with wind chill. The move is perfect for sunnier winter days when the ultimate might be too warm. I had to size up for the ultimate, but I could stick to my usual size for the move.

First experience with the Ultimate Heat…Fantastic product

I had my first experience with the Ultimate Heat Rub. I wore it to the big match on Sunday with just a waterproof layer over it. I faced no issues with the cold, and it has become my go-to choice for spectator clothing!

Business Details

  • Zerofit is a Japanese specialist baselayer brand which was founded by Mr Koji Higashi in 2005. It launched in the UK and Europe in 2018 before further expansion into North America in 2020 and Australasia in 2021.

The award-winning Heatrub Ultimate baselayer was unveiled to the Japanese public in 2011 and since then hundreds of thousands of outdoor enthusiasts have discovered the benefits of that best-in-class product. Independently tested and proven to be five times warmer than a standard baselayer, the Heatrub Ultimate has become a must-have item in the coldest months of the year and, such was the popularity of the baselayer, Zerofit now offer leggings and socks made from the same material, with waterproof gloves and mittens also available for complete protection against the elements.

Other key products include the Heatrub Move baselayer, which features Adaptable Warmth Technology, keeping you warm while at a standstill but also temperature regulation when you’re working up a sweat. For the summer months, the Cold Skin baselayer is three times colder than a competitor product, while the Ice Weave is the master when it comes to wicking excess sweat in the hottest conditions. Motorcyclists have discovered the astonishing performance of the IceSkin baselayer, which offers cool contact performance and optimal moisture wicking in the hottest of conditions.

Following exponential growth across industries including motorcycling, angling, running, hiking, sailing, golf, gardening, birdwatching and equestrian sports, Zerofit welcomed a new shareholder and ambassador in February 2023 - Brian O'Driscoll, the former Leinster, Ireland and British & Irish Lions rugby captain in order to help further enhance the business across multiple categories.

Zerofit is the proud supplier of baselayers to more than 80 elite motorcyclists in the bennetts BSB Championship, WorldSBK, North West 200 and the Isle of Man TT. The likes of Glenn Irwin, Scott Redding, Peter Hickman are just three of the best to rely on our baselayers for complete comfort and performance.

In April 2025, acclaimed broadcaster and adventure rider Charley Boorman joined the Zerofit brand as an ambassador.

The European HQ of Zerofit is in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, with further offices in Adelaide, Australia and San Diego in the US. Specialist customer service teams in each country ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products as the brand continues to grow globally.

Whatever your sport or activity, we hope Zerofit will become your baselayer brand of choice.
