I ordered a DDR4 RAM module, but it was never delivered. I waited for over a month and only learned about the availability issue after persistently reaching out to the company. Although the order was eventually refunded, there was no compensation provided despite the lengthy wait and its effect on my work. My experience could have been improved if the company had communicated more openly and sooner regarding the stock issues.
