The delivery team was professional, polite, and efficient; they installed the chair, ensured everything was working perfectly, and even guided me on using all of the features, including helping me download and set up the companion app. All packaging was removed and the chair was ready to go before they left, making the process completely hassle-free.The sales and delivery teams were both courteous and helpful throughout. As for the uDiva 3 Plus itself, the quality truly stands out. It’s wonderfully comfortable as a sofa, and although it doesn’t match the full capability of larger massage chairs, it’s still highly effective and surprisingly robust for its size. Best of all, it fits seamlessly into my living room without being bulky or intrusive – it genuinely looks like a piece of designer furniture.Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and experience.
