The best part about Datamatrix is their structure and support. In thirteen years, I never had an issue speaking to a team lead or supervisor if there was an issue. Their response time is phenomenal, you're not going to wait a day or two for an answer to a question you have asked. Datamatrix was my primary medical transcription service for over three years. The service was excellent, with accurate typing, turnaround time as promised and very good responsiveness to any issues that arose. Staff was easy to contact when needed. The transcription fees were reasonable. I would highly recommend them. (I no longer have need of transcription services as I have retired.)
