Disappointing experience with this online service

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with an online service. Before placing my order, I confirmed with the service that they supported the maintenance phase, and I was assured they did. I carefully reviewed their terms, which stated that uploading a photo was not mandatory. After placing my order, however, it was rejected due to a photo requirement that was not previously mentioned. When I raised this issue, their response was inadequate and dismissive, offering no apology for the error. This level of negligence and lack of transparency in a healthcare service is concerning. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this online service with their health information, time, or money.
