An app with serious issues.

After reading other reviews, I'm puzzled as to why the company can't find someone competent in app development. This app is incredibly frustrating, constantly freezing and often failing to open. Describing it as terrible would be an understatement, and it appears to have been this way for years. Is the company really incapable of resolving the issues with this app? Even someone with basic programming skills could have done a far better job.

Possibly the worst app I've used.

This might be the worst app I've ever encountered. It rarely loads, and when it does, it stops working almost immediately. The developers should be embarrassed. Fix the issues with this app. There’s a reason I don’t pay for a TV license. This app is utterly useless and should only be deleted. Reviews consistently highlight the same problems, yet nothing has changed.

Can't load the player on certain devices.

I can't load the player on certain devices like you can with virtually any other player. When I use another casting method, it kicks me out of the episode during ads, sending me back to the start. Very disappointing app!

No improvements after two years!

It's disheartening to return after two years only to find the app worse than before. The frequent freezing and buffering are infuriating. Other apps operate seamlessly; this one is a disgrace.
