The employees displayed a lack of medical training and mishandled my package. I have serious concerns about the sanitation and safety of the procedure, resulting in an infection that has led to hospitalization. I am pursuing legal action against the service for their unprofessional conduct.
This company has misplaced my sample, which has been missing for nearly two months. They refuse to issue a refund or provide tracking information. Each follow-up has resulted in more misinformation, and I've now involved an attorney. They do not seem to comply with legal standards.
