Avoid - students beware.

Deposit vanished over the length of time it took to get anything in motion to be resolved. A previous tenants damage and years of neglect blamed upon ourselves. Cracked flooring, broken mirrors, mould and exposed wires in the unventilated bath room. Fake landlords details were given for contact.The house had not legally been split into two separate living quarters as confirmed by the water board.Infested with mice.
