I have used David Daniels as lettings agents for the last 5 or so years for a property I rent out. I can honestly say that in this time they have been consistently excellent and I have always found them to be polite, courteous, efficient and helpful. They find and vet good tenants quickly, are responsive to any queries or requests I or my tenants may make, and their fees are reasonable. Being a small, local firm they have a real commitment to maintaining their reputation amongst local landlords and do not appear to have a high turnover of staff (unlike some of the the bigger nationwide or London-wide agencies) which can so often destablise a business relationship lead to an uneven level of service.
I was looking for a flat to move in when i found an advertise on internet with the current flat . Ring the number and i was handled by Lee. He helped me with all the steps required to rent the flat and explain everything very clear and the transaction was very smooth.Really great service and i would recommand to anyone who want to move easily and with zero hassle.
Moving homes is never easy. From the first moment to the last Lee has been nothing but professional, efficient and understanding our needs. The whole process of renting (from placing an offer to signing the contract) went so smooth, thanks to his assistance.
