I decided to call and was amazed by the helpfulness of the representative who had a replacement sent within 24 hours, and arranged for the return collection the next morning. Customer service isn't what it used to be, but this company has set a new standard. The true measure of service is how they manage issues, and their support is undoubtedly world-class.

Emails go unanswered, and the phone lines are busy, preventing me from leaving a message. I wouldn't recommend this business.
