I booked a meeting room with Davinci Offices for a location in Auckland, New Zealand. The price on the website was displayed in dollars with no mention of USD anywhere during the booking process. Only after being charged did I discover they billed me in USD, making the real cost significantly higher than expected.The refused to refund me despite this deceptive pricing practice, using the excuse that they had hidden that all prices were in USD in the terms and conditions.
The meeting room was easy to book and did meet our business needs. However, the staff was lack luster, the AC wasn’t working (or they never turned it on) and the elevator was also down. We would book here again if the staff was friendlier and they could confirm working AC.
This was the perfect location for me to use the facilities for my business needs for the day. The staff was extremely accommodating. If you’re ever in need of an office space for rent or meeting space. Please check this gem out.
The room was great. Internet worked well. The lady at the entrance was super nice. Only minus was to find the place. It's not labeled with DaVinci. Also in the booking confirmation E-Mail I couldn't fine the exact location. It would be helpful to mention which floor and the label on the doorbell.
The meeting room was great. It was nice and profesisonal and quiet. It was easy to book. When I showed up the receptionist let me right in. However, why I am giving this only 3 stars is because of the price change. When I looked at the website it said $20 an hour. I needed two hours - which I thought would be $40. However, when I went to check out - the price per hour was $28 and a $10 service (whatever that is). As such, the total price was $66 instead of what I thought would $40. I thought the pricing was misleading.
