I ordered this pressure washer and then read the Trustpilot reviews - oh dear! Too late to change my mind BUT it arrived very promptly and I am very pleased with it. I am sure there are better ones on the market but not at this price. I think it is good value and so far, it has done a good job of cleaning pavings and I am pleased with it.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I checked the return policy when purchasing which stated they would provide the return address when you contact them. The machine is not strong enough for what I needed and when I tried to return it they confirmed I would need to send it to China and foot the cost but absolutely refused to give me the return address so I could even cost it up! They offered me to keep the machine and refund me 5% of the price which was an absolute joke. I went back and forth with them about 10 times trying to get the address and confirming why I wanted to return it but their emails just went in circles and only increasing the % refund offer 1% each email. I cannot believe they are allowed to operate with this ‘MO’ they should be shut down as they’re just conman frauds! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My pressure washer was never delivered and lost by Evri, so they say. I have requested a recharge from the bank and getting threatening emails from the company now , offering me 20% of my refund if I withdraw the recharge. You cannot make this up. How they can operate in the U.K ?. Beware of these scammers as they change company details constantly, you can get cheaper and better pressure washers elsewhere.
Only given one star because they don't let you give 0. This is an absolute pile of junk. Doesn't fit together securely. Not worth a tenner. The company are very unhelpful re returns. Insist on you sending it to China even though they dispatch from UK. They don't answer questions, just sent you on a cycle of AI generated emails.But don't despair. I raised a dispute through my credit card. They then email to threaten your credit rating. Ignore this and persist. They cave in.
Do not buy this jet washerI purchased this washer based on a no1 review online. I wanted a compact washer a little better than the one that just gave out on me, even though my old one lasted about 30 years. This Dayplusor model was obviously cheaply made, inferior quality materials, and accessories which weren't even moulded correctly to fit the nozzles. The lance is way too short for comfortable use, and the power cord is too short. My feedback to the company was a waste of time. They were oblivious to providing customer service, and told me that the poor mouldings, and shape of them, despite me providing pictures, were meant to be like that, really!!I have to agree with other negative reviewers, this company are potential scammers, and as customers we should avoid them, and not encourage this sort of trading. I made a mistake buying this product, better, and cheaper models in Amazon with better outflow pressure, as my 30 year old machine performed better than this box of rubbish, and it is half its size.
5 stars for being Scammers and fake. They say delivery 3-5 days try 3-5 weeks if you are lucky. The machine is light , flimsy and not set for the uk Wrong plug! Mine will not work and nearly 100 emails later no further forward. I am sure I won’t get a penny back but I will do my best to save people wasting their money. Do not buy this machine from the company who are abroad somewhere.
