I've been using Daysoft for the last 4-5 years now and I've never had a problem at all - the website is easy to navigate, use and remembers my prescription for quick reordering. Recently, I had a couple of lenses which had dried up in the packaging and could not be used. I contacted Daysoft and had a reply within 24 hours and some replacement lenses out within 72 hours. Keep up the good work, I'll continue to use and recommend to others.
Have been wearing Daysoft for over 10 years. They used to be fantastic, and at a much cheaper price other brands. However, in the past year in particular, I've noticed that frequently I have to disgard a large portion of the lenses, as they have arrived torn or damaged. The materials used must be weaker, as it seems that they are getting damaged on transit. Now I'll often have to disgard about 1/3 of the lenses in the packet, so I'm thinking of looking elsewhere.
The quality has definitely got worse over the last few years - And it seems to be every time I login to re-order my lenses THE PRICE HAS GONE UP. The reason everyone started using DaySoft - they were affordable and quality - But now they are pricing themselves alongside the premium brands.
Always great prices ,always a speedy fast service and more importantly the contacts are comfy and over the years has given me no problems. Also worth mentioning is how easy it is to order from their website and super easy to re order same contacts. Well worth checking daysoft out and see how they can serve you.
Where do I start..... the container pot they come in is so small and fidlery it's hard to open and get them out. The lenses are so big hard to put in my eyes, by 4 hours they have to come out because my eyes and lenses are so dry wont be buying again worst contact lenses I have ever brought
I used this brand of contact lenses for several years with no complaints. Unfortunately in the past few months the quality of lenses went down. I had lenses splitting half in my eye. Those were different batch orders as first I thought I just had some faulty batch.Removing broken contact lense was pain on the backside so I won't be buying again.
I ordered the wrong lenses in error, I ordered minus rather than plus lenses over Christmas. Marc caught them at dispatch, cancelled the order and refunded me, perfect!! I had already placed a second order for the correct lenses which arrived today.
