I am very happy with the service provided by Adv. Neeraj Tilak sir and Adv. Amarthya V Kashetty sir for their quick response whenever required. By now i could able to close 2 accounts successfully. Thanks for the on time help. However, i am a bit concerned about the main accounts which i feel bit taking longer time to negotiate and get to a closure. I understand that Kotak & Hdfc accounts require more efforts and negotiations to settledown so just waiting for the right time. Anyways, overall i feel much satisfied with the service providing on my accounts and many thanks to Lawer Panel team for assigning such a friendly advocates to my account !!! 😊 👍🏻
Thanks to my Adv Neeraj Tilak, Saija and Team for standing as a backbone in handling critical situations like Grievance and Harassment handling, loan settlements and further guidance after settlement until complete NOC is issued by the party Since the past Seven months. This typical guidance along with behaviour and handling also support to my Curriculum in future which were never taught in our education system.

They have been very supportive throughout and negotiating hard with the banks for settlement and very prompt in drafting response.
They have been giving me all the support since I subscribed to their service. One loan was settled. The rest are almost about to be settled by lenders. I did not face any kind of harrassment due to their timely interventions.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and support provided. It feels like a total fraud and unworthy experience. No one seems to help; they only focus on getting payments. Even after almost a year of paying, there has been no settlement offered, and the representatives only provide new excuses daily. I strongly advise against wasting your money on this platform.
My experience with the representative was quite disappointing. At first, she seemed polite and somewhat helpful, but as time went on, I felt I wasn't receiving adequate assistance. When I expressed my concerns, she began to ignore me and only contacted me regarding payments, doing nothing beyond that. I was under significant stress due to layoffs and not having an income for nearly a year. When I shared this with her, she continued to ignore my calls and messages, even blocking me on a messaging platform without providing any resolution. I paid nearly Rs. ~30,000/- but received no proper responses, assistance, or solutions in return.
I appreciate the assistance from the legal team in addressing my debt challenges with various banks and credit card defaults. The harassment and phone calls have been effectively managed by the team and their representative. A special thanks to the advocate for his dedicated support. I am very pleased with the gradual resolution of my debt situation.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL ORGANIZATION. THEY TOOK FULL FEES FROM ME AND THEN SUDDENLY REFUSED TO HANDLE MY CASE, GIVING EXCUSES ABOUT A SO-CALLED “NEW RULE” THAT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED BEFORE PAYMENT. AFTER RECEIVING THE MONEY, THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY CALLS AND MESSAGES AND FLATLY REFUSED TO REFUND ME. THIS IS CLEARLY CHEATING AND HARASSMENT OF CUSTOMERS. I HAVE LOST MY HARD-EARNED MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS FIRM. I STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS TO AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION.
