DBS Bank ka customer service experience bahut hi disappointing raha hai.
Bina proper information diye credit card approve kar diya gaya aur unnecessary charges lagaye gaye. Civil score kharab hone ke naam par paise lena bilkul galat hai.

Pichhle 3 saal se maine manager, customer care aur branch visit karke kai baar issue solve karne ki koshish ki, lekin abhi tak koi proper resolution nahi mila.
Customer ke paise lene ke baad bhi bank ka attitude bilkul supportive nahi hai, jo bahut hi frustrating hai.

Mujhe umeed hai ki is complaint ko seriously liya jayega aur jaldi se issue ka proper solution diya jayega.

Severely Disappointed with Service

I wish I could give a zero-star rating. I've never experienced such disappointment from a bank. I opened my account in 2023, and everything was fine until they suddenly froze my account. The level of professionalism from the staff is shockingly low, with two employees shouting loudly.

Absolutely Disappointing

I wish there was an option for a zero-star rating. I've never encountered a bank this disappointing. I opened my account in 2023, and everything was fine until they abruptly decided to freeze my account. The staff is extremely unprofessional, with two employees shouting at the top of their lungs.

Terrible Customer Service

This bank has the worst customer service, feedback, and response. They show complete disregard for their clients and are overly focused on internal processes. I would not recommend them.

Lost International Transfer

We are not a customer of the bank; however, we are the recipient of an international transfer sent from one of their accounts on November 24, 2025. As of December 16, 2025, there is still no trace of the funds. Unfortunately, the hotline has been unable to assist as they cannot verify the transaction. The only option provided is for the sender to contact their bank for further verification. After over 30 years in international business and having received countless overseas transfers, this is the first incident we have faced involving this bank.

I deeply regret opening my account here. I requested e-statements multiple times, but they consistently ignore my requests and claim they will send them to my email. Months have passed, and I still haven't received my savings e-statements.
