Review Time
I am currently a month into another ISA transfer, and despite numerous emails with the customer service team, I keep being told it will be resolved soon. There have been many delayed or defaulted loans. Withdrawing funds also takes an excessive amount of time. I plan to withdraw all my investments; so far, I've managed to take out 140K from over 200K invested. I have lost all confidence in the service and will continue to strongly advise potential investors to avoid it.
Important Update Regarding FCA Registration: "The organization is prohibited from onboarding new clients without prior written approval from the regulatory authority." "The organization must promptly cease its Auto Invest product for additional funds from investors and stop all lending activities to any individuals associated with the organization."
Alert regarding the organization on the FCA Register: "The organization must not, without prior written consent from the regulatory authority, onboard new clients." "The organization must immediately cease its Auto Invest product for additional funds from investors and halt all lending (including any further drawdown of existing loan facilities) to any individuals connected to the organization."
Serious issues have arisen at the organization. It once managed loans effectively and took prompt recovery actions when necessary. Now, it merely provides vague updates suggesting that solutions are forthcoming. Defaults are increasing, and I must retract my earlier positive remarks.
The scheme is failing. The funds invested in the auto-invest pool were used to pay back previous investors, including for loans that were already in default. With the organization closing the pool, current investors in what was promoted as a fixed-term investment are left facing defaults on both new and existing loans.
Deceit, delays, and contractual changes mid-term are rampant. Interest remains unpaid, capital isn't returned, and emails go unanswered. New investor funds were allocated to loans that defaulted years ago, yet they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. Now, they won’t even allow me to withdraw uninvested cash from my account. Are they incompetent, fraudulent, or bankrupt? One thing I know for sure is that I regret having invested with this troubled organization.
I invested based on a commitment that all funds and accrued interest would be returned at the end of the investment period, regardless of loan performance. A few months later, they retroactively changed their terms and now refuse to return my funds because a significant portion of the loans is in default. I'm pursuing legal action against these untrustworthy operators.
In May 2022, I invested a small amount in a loan for about 12 months. Initially, everything seemed fine, with monthly interest as agreed. However, in April 2023, I was informed that the loan was now in default. I later learned that previous offerings related to this property were also in default. The organization has misled investors about the nature of these loans, and I find their practices deceptive.
