I can't post the screen print here but if you go to the pipingrock.com site and search for KonJac Root you will find an image of a bottle labeled containing 180 capsules but the pricing is for a product with 120 capsules. If they can't get their marketing and pricing correct what trust can customers have that their product formulations are correct? BEWARE!!

This company bombards you with 50% discount, 2 for the price of one etc. discounts. But these are generally of products that are poor sellers, soon-to-be-deleted lines, or otherwise products people don't routinely buy. They never seem to discount the fairly expensive products I usually buy, which on average are about US$10 each over-priced by my estimation, anyway. When you point this out to them you get 'trashspeak' in response from 'robotized' customer service people. As to product efficacy, your guess is as good as theirs!
Website said there had been an error with payment and the order had not been paid for, I paid again, an then received 2 emails stating 2 orders would be sent, and I had been charged twice! I am currently on chat with them and they are expecting me to pay for the return (from the UK to the USA), at my own expense, and then they will offer me 80% of the order amount! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE SHOCKING!
These guys take your money and if you get your product?Consider yourself lucky I ordered a $45 item and had to email back and forth for a week to try and get a replacement for an item that didn't show up.They said it was delivered but had no photo as proof, just told me too bad...Stay away...
