Sweet Smelling Customer

I’ve been using Each and Every deodorants for about 5 years. It’s the best natural deodorant I’ve found—better than Tom’s of Maine. I love the scents!I’ve participated in the recycling program once. It was an easy experience and I got a $5 credit for sending in three empty deodorant containers. I was disappointed that they discontinued some of my favorite scents, but otherwise I’m a happy customer.

NO RESPNSE TO EMAIL. EVER. NO PHONE NUMBER

I was subscribed to this product for a while. Then, out of nowhere, it started giving me a horrible itching/burning rash so I had to stop using it. It was impossible to contact anyone. They give you an email to write to but NO ONE EVER RESPONDS!! There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call!! They also claim to be environmentally friendly and say they will send you labels to return your empty plastic containers when requested through email. I have requested those labels several times over the years and never received any! EVER! Would not recommend and will never use again.

Charged My Card and Never Sent Order

*UPDATE: Company has contacted me to confirm cancellation and refund being issued. Hope they can resolve their issues and remember their subscription customers while they're pursuing new customers and overwhelming their order and shipping departments.*I have been purchasing from this company since 2020 and their products are good. However, I have now had an issue with a subscription order not being fulfilled, and my credit card was charged almost 3 weeks ago. I have reached out to the company 4 times now. I had one reply to my original message, saying that they were experiencing a "higher than normal order volume" and would look into my order right away -- I have had no updates. There is no customer service phone number and the only way to contact them is via a message form on their website, or through email. This has been super disappointing, and sadly I could not (now) recommend ordering from them, if this is how they conduct business. The only thing I have now asked of Each & Every, is to refund my money for something that they never sent. I was super excited to support a small business with a clean and ethical product, but when companies lose sight of customer service... well, no offense but my hard-earned money will go elsewhere. Whatever issues they are having, I sincerely hope they are able to resolve them, but this will sadly be my last purchase.

A very planet-friendly and allergy-friendly deoderant

My sis and I are loyal users of Each and Every. I am allergic to just about everything out there but am able to use some of their deodorants. They work! They are also in compostale containers, vegan, and cruelty-free, so it's good for you and the planet.

Don't recommend

Tried their deodorant and it does keep the you smelling good. However, it does not absorb well into skin and just sits on top feeling icky. It also stains clothing!
