I ordered 5 - 6 item, but when I went to pick them up- they were there ikke!!! They were sent retur.. because I was 'late pocking them up'.Say what?I paid for products - but never received. Either piping rock sends return - or they return my money..PS. I was in hospital with a broken ankle
Awful I bought some vipocetine in a buy one get one free offer ,but they only sent me half, when I complained all I've received is a question about damaged packages even though it was not damaged and emails asking me to rate emails from them that I never even got ,from people I don't think even exist.Anyway they refuse to even answer my query let alone send me the items that were missing ,they got the order wrong ,they won't honour there 'crazy deals ' offer and they won't even answer my emails,even though it was them that got it wrong and them that won't correct it or even address it.They are not to be trusted.
When going to their site, in checkout, in Danish, all taxes and duty is included!! That is NOT TRUE!! I made an order of $84 a month ago, and wondered where it was. In front of me is a claim of kr. 306, or about $45 for VAT and duty in that package! The claim that all VAT & duty's included is apparently just to get us to order. IT CANNOT PAY TO USE PIPING ROCK!!!
It’s unfortunate that piping rock insist on using a chat Coy who clearly are unable to read English properly. I went to the trouble of being specific yet the CS people, oh yes, more than one, selectively read certain key words and without understanding the value and nature of problem they try and solve a completely different issue and will not budge on their own made up problem they believe I have.If I didn’t tell these agents(😎) 6 times that I was not, repeat not, using a VPN. As their site blocks access, he kept insisting I switch VPN off🤷♂️🤦♂️.My problem is one of their website assuming I’m elsewhere on Earth instead of my actual location, almost a VPN in reverse, even after pressing the relevant flag and language setting and currency, yet I try to order and the site interferes and tells me I’m in another local and transfers me to that Country.It bothers me to think how did these people get their job? I’ve yet to find one that has actually helped me. If you live in the USA you’re ok, elsewhere in the world? Nah we don’t care. Almost tantamount to racism, surely not😳
I paid £30 for some capsules,,,,I never got them I spoke to them via live chat but it was useless,I requested a refund but because my card had been renewed they point blank refused to refund me ,they admitted my items had not been sent so suggested I buy them again with my new card then they would refund me, so I’m out £30 with no capsules,I spent ages on live chat,,,I’m not a happy lady ,I simply asked to just post my items as they never posted them in the first place but I was then ignored,
