Such a good extensions course from start to finish. I learnt so much, not just the application but placement, blending and aftercare too. Katie was really supportive and answered every question without making you feel rushed. I’ve come away feeling confident and excited to start offering extensions. 100% worth it
Beautiful hair quality and styles The wavy clip one piece is perfect and so natural. The cut of the layers is so natural and not found in hair extensions that are of this quality. I have tried so manybefore but the wave is extremely natural. I am very impressed by the customer care and prompt service. Excellent in every aspect of quality hair and products and service. Highly recommended.
RESPONSE : Firstly I find it extremely inappropriate and unprofessional that a business has chosen to publicly reference my anxiety in a response on a public platform. That is personal information and should never have been shared. This just further goes to show that this company does not care about their customers or their feelings I did contact you directly and was told that even if I sent pictures, there was not much that could be done unless the hair was returned. Based on that response, I didn’t see the point in continuing to send photos when I had already been made to feel that there would be no resolution.I put a lot of confidence into this company. I switched from another brand because their quality had gone downhill, genuinely hoping Spectrum One Hair would be my new go-to. I don’t mind paying more for hair, but the quality has to be there and it has to match the price being charged. Unfortunately, the hair I received was very dry especially when curled and felt like the same poor quality I was trying to move away from.This review reflects my honest experience, and due to how this was handled and the quality of the product, I’ve lost hope in this company I was really excited to purchase hair from Spectrum One as it’s marketed as premium quality, however I’ve been left disappointed with my experience. The hair feels very thin, even after washing, and when styled it becomes extremely dry and frizzy rather than smooth. I have followed the proper aftercare and used their own brand shampoo and conditioner , yet the quality still hasn’t improved.When I raised this with customer service, I was told I would need to remove the hair and send it back for assessment. Unfortunately, this isn’t a realistic option for me. My hair plays a huge role in my confidence and day-to-day wellbeing, and removing it would have a significant personal impact. This makes the resolution process feel quite difficult and inflexible.While customer service has responded, the overall experience has not met my expectations for a brand positioned at this price point. Based on the quality of the hair and the lack of a practical resolution, I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend at this time.
