Enjoyed talking with Melanie Sparks DNP. I was looking for answers and she had them. I had some immediate concerns about what was going on with my problem, and her answers really gave me peace of mind! She also gave me good direction on how to move forward.
I had no problem with the initial appointment or the NP--but I was not able to get my prescription due to something not being signed (off) and the NP never responding back to the pharmacy or me before the pharmacy closed this day.
I recommend Dr. Linda Enjema to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable, compassionate, skillfull, caring doctor. I was looking for a inexpensive flexible option of being able to see a doctor online and Sesame has been such a blessing for myself and for my daughter. Dr. Linda shows that she cares, gets medications to where we need them, and goes above and beyond in taking care of our medical needs. I am so grateful for all of my positive experiences with Sesame and Dr. Linda.
The highly rated anxiety specialist provided extremely poor advice. He did not grasp the information presented to him. I clearly communicated that I was seeking a reasonable accommodation note, but he claimed to have never heard of it. He even suggested that being exposed to secondhand smoke is beneficial and harmless. It was evident he had no intention of assisting me and was solely focused on his payment. I spent $70 for a visit that lasted only 5 minutes, when it should have been at least 30 minutes, and the written note he provided was completely ineffective in addressing my situation.
The information provided during the appointment was completely inaccurate! I contacted customer service multiple times, and their statements contradicted what the doctor explained. I was left to search for a pharmacy that offered compounds, despite their advertisements. They refused to issue a refund, and I cannot recommend this service.
The representative I encountered was incredibly rude and condescending. They consistently interrupted me and spoke over me without understanding my symptoms and history. It was clear they had little respect for those seeking assistance through their practice. After several minutes of confusion and being treated dismissively, they stated they could not help me. What was the purpose of that interaction?
