Review Time
This company is really great. When I thought there was no way out and I was going to be in debt forever I called them after watching an ad on Facebook and they really understood me and wanted to help. I have been in the program for 9 months and its really going great. Couldn't have ask for a better solution. I will be debt free alot sooner then the road I was going down before I found them. Thanks a million.
USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!I filled out the online form and was contacted within a minute by a rep over the phone. I asked questions on how it all worked and she began explaining things to me and I was explaining my situation and in the middle she just hung up on me. It wasn't a disconnected call as they would call back. She just wanted me off her line as I was asking too many questions. It's my credit I'm trying to get answers so I think I should be able to ask questions without being hung up on. Over the following week I was bombarded with call after call from this company and a few other employees did the same thing to me when they realized i wasnt a good fit as i wanted to be forgiven not do a settlement that screws up your credit for almost a decade and they just kept calling from differenr numbers even though I asked to be removed. SHADY AF!!
The saying one person can make a difference certainly proved true in my case. I had been considering debt consolidation for awhile, but always felt annoyed and disinterested after talking to company representatives. They always seemed to have that fast talking, urgent sales pitch that tends to make one feel there is a hidden agenda. But on March 10, 2025, I had the good fortune of speaking to one of your representatives. He was different. He was calm, patient, precise and simply stuck to the facts. He wasn't too familiar, did not share about himself, nor did he put any pressure on me to enroll. However by the end of our conversation, that is just what I did, I enrolled because of his delivery. And what a difference this program has made. The service you offer is really valuable and I already feel extremely relieved that I'm not tackling this alone. However, I do owe it to that gentleman who took his time with no gimmicks to help me see the benefit and helped me feel comfortable taking a risk.
If you notice, the majority of the reviews are brand new. How many people really "try to sell you on a specific representative" (note there aren't 5 reviews saying how great Richard was)!!!! These are fabricated reviews. Click bait to seize your information and sell it. The only gain is the harassing phone calls you'll get once your info is sold.So it's not legit. Wake up folks.
