Review Time
I've been working with this company for about 2 years and I've had a good time with them and they've helped me solve problems with my miners, but this last month I've tried to get in touch and haven't received a response regarding one of my miners that started failing and slowing down its hash rate.Finally after some time they managed to respond and fixed a problem that one of my miner had.
PaerTree is Legit and their customer support is hands down the best I have experienced in the mining world. I have been into mining for a few years now. I had heard about them through two different sources on two difference websites, a friend on Voskcoin, and in a Kadena discord chat. I was skeptical because their company is relatively new to the mining scene when compared to some of the bigger names. I decided to hedge my bet and send them two miners on a trial run to make sure I wasnt going to get scammed. I was overwhelmingly impressed and am now sending most of my other hardware to them. 5 star communication and service. They also make the billing side of it easy. They have a knowledgeable tech onsite that can troubleshoot issues. They try to optimize performance through Foreman and they do a much better job at it when compared to my last mining sites. Here is the big one for me, they actually listen to you. As a little dog in the mining scene its easy to get lost in the mix. You're not lost with PaerTree. They are with you every step of the way. You don't get this level of service from some of the other mining farms out there. I will only use them in the future and am currently recommending them to my friends, and will continue to send my hardware to them if i choose to expand any further.
Currently in the process of getting our units shipped out and online, but the onboarding process has been very smooth and the team has thoroughly answered my many questions. Looking forward to working more with them and continuing to expand.
It's been almost a month since I've sent my miner off to PaerTree. Skeptical at first but I was able to speak to the owner, saw some pictures of the facility. I did my due diligence as well. I can confirm that they are legit, good customer service, miner has been up almost 99% of the time. No Issues. Great Options for payment. Definitely recommend!
