Once again,waiting on my cask valuations,last December,it took four phone calls,and a one star review to get my up to date values,they said they would send me a £250 bottle of malt,to make up for the £250 promised discount,I never got,turned out to be worth £50,what a bunch of shysters?,this time 2 phone requests for a call back,have been ignored,for over a week,I'm out😡
