However, just two days later, I realized the app wasn't suitable for me, so I requested a full refund. Instead of assisting me, I was offered a 12-month free subscription, which I declined, insisting on my refund. For three weeks, my emails went unanswered despite my four attempts to reach out. Ultimately, I received my refund only after threatening to escalate the matter with my bank. Even then, they argued that I was never eligible for a refund and claimed my messages had gone to spam. This organization lacks integrity. Avoid spending any money unless you're prepared to possibly lose it.

Misleading trial period

They advertised a 7-day trial with free cancellation, but it actually lasts only 6 days, and they charge you on the 7th. Simply cancelling on the 7th is insufficient. They charged the full year despite my cancellation. It’s been 13 days without any response from them. The app is riddled with bugs, such as audio reading skipping chapters, and the cancellation process is flawed. While the content idea is promising, their handling of orders and customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against spending your money on this service.

Zero stars if possible

If I could give zero stars, I would. I couldn’t get the app to work and requested a cancellation and refund within an hour of purchasing a three-month plan. Not only did they refuse my refund, but they charged me an additional $50. I’m out $100 for something I haven’t even used. This is easy to trace online, and I feel ignored and robbed. Stay away from this service.
