I received the Pizza Oven promptly and tested it out today. It's simple to operate and offers excellent value, especially with the additional features. Much appreciated!The only hiccup was with DPD; they didn't attempt delivery before leaving it at the store, where the service was lacking. While not your responsibility, perhaps consider another delivery service next time?

Pizza Oven was sent quickly and have tried it today. So easy to use and a great price with all the extras. Thanks!Only issue was DPD who couldn't be bothered to actually try and deliver before taking it to the shop, who were also less than helpful....but that is not your fault. May be worth using different courier though?
AVOID. I ordered a pizza oven before Christmas. I have had no correspondence from the company since, despite sending two emails asking for updates on my order. The phone lines don’t work and I can’t get hold of anyone. The company keeps sending me emails asking me to review them. But no communication about my order, so here is my honest feedback. £700 for a pizza oven and no delivery or updates provided since. Do not recommend.
Bought a sabattier butter knife of their subsidiary kitchen gourmet knives. First they took money but didn't havevitem in stock, whennitem eventually came back into stock charged me a fortune to send it via DPD, DPD then cicked upbdelivery by ststingbingsd to be there to sign for v it (?it's a round ended butter knife for gods sake) I had to find out for myself by calling DPD that they had a problem delivering knife due to a technical problem. I rang This supplier to be abruptly treated likecsn inconvenience from someone called Lucy, eventually without any customer care being shown at all I asked for a refund only to be fobbed off by this Lucy person saying she needs to do a return to sender request to DPD and she wouldn't do my refund till DPD had returned the item to them. So nonknige no refund and lost a days wages from work and this company couldn't care less. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, check out all the other negative reviews a cross their various websites they are shocking. Buy from somewhere like Lakeland where the service and customer care are first class. I will never give this bunch of jokers any business again ever!!!
