So far, everything is going well. We use the platform to find affordable tutoring for our son with special educational needs. Although we have yet to assess the tutors' quality (having used the service for less than a month), we are pleased with the overall experience so far.

Disappointed with the application process for a tutor with 10 years of experience. I was rejected despite my extensive background, while they accept university students without any teaching experience. The generic email stated, "We receive a large number of applications, so unfortunately, we can't work with everyone." Am I not competitive compared to a university student? Or perhaps I am overqualified?
Extremely pleased with our tutor. She is wonderful, very effective at explaining topics to my daughter in a way that ensures understanding. She also concludes with questions to confirm comprehension. We are very happy with her assistance.
Unsatisfactory teaching experience overall. My son had a tuition session with them—just one class. I paid £34 for an hour and booked a tutor whose camera was off the entire time. When I inquired, he claimed it was malfunctioning. Another individual was present briefly just to give instructions. The majority of the session consisted of watching a YouTube video. I was very disappointed and reached out to the support team two days ago, but have received no response. I feel my money was wasted on what was essentially a YouTube session. I would advise against selecting them.
