Reflecting on an exceptional experience. A representative from the company came to assess my flat earlier this year. They provided a fair valuation and suggested a deferred agent/home buyers report package. The valuation was slightly below what I paid, including the improvements, but I thought "why not?" since I had my own reserve price above the home buyers valuation. I expected to still be living there in 2026. However, they arranged a small number of viewings promptly, and I received an excellent offer about six weeks after listing it. The icing on the cake - a fantastic team, easy to reach, and very supportive. My gratitude to the representative and the team!
