I was struggling with some extra weight gain that was really getting to me, particularly as I consider myself active and with a fairly good diet.

I am quite a motivated person and found that once I’d invested in the various supplements and got organised it was actually pretty simple to implement in my day to day. What I especially liked is Denise’s encouragement to really enjoy food and flavours, and that helped with the feeling of ‘denial’ that you have sometimes have in these kind of programmes.
She also offers a follow up call which helps with accountability and any adaptations that may be needed.

I did the Quest 4 scanner with Denise, which brought up a number of areas for me to work on. Throughout the meeting, Denise was so knowledgeable and shared her expertise and advised me of various ways I could improve my health. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the whole experience. I saw Denise the week I was scheduled to go into hospital, where I unexpectedly developed a blood clot, which had to treated with Heparin. I can’t wait to put into practice her recommendations once I have finished my treatment. Highly recommend.
