The treatment is highly effective, and the cost is fairly reasonable, although there's an additional monthly "consolation fee" of $60 or more. Initially, it's $150 per month, increasing to $200 as the dosage rises. However, my main concern is the poor service. I've repeatedly tried to arrange a call with my dermatologist, but they consistently forget to reach out. Despite informing them numerous times of my availability after a specific time each day, they continue to ask for my preferred times. I'm nearing the end of this month's prescription, and it feels like they are indifferent to my situation. Recently, I received a call much earlier than requested, but there was no response on the line.

The customer service is not satisfactory.You are required to be inconvenienced with multiple tests to prove your health status, particularly, I am in menopause and was told I have to prove I'm in menopause status by going to get labs done.I'm very aware of the iPledge requirements as this is not my first time using isotretinoin. I thought the online process with Clear Health service would be convenient and beneficial.... It's far from that!The lack of empathy for patients is obvious.
i've never posted a review ever but felt compelled to after my experience with clear health--- i signed up with clear health expecting reliable care, especially given how expensive the service is. unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.my new prescription should have been filled at the start of the month, but there was a mix-up between my pharmacy and clear health. what should have been a simple fix turned into weeks of silence. it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone, and during that time my treatment was interrupted and my skin condition worsened.when i finally got on the phone with taylor from clear health (almost a week after the fact) they told me it was my pharmacy’s fault. that may very well be true, but it doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or the delay. it’s bad practice to shift blame instead of taking accountability and ensuring patients get the care they need on time.to make matters worse, they only bothered to reach out after i had already cancelled my treatment. for the price they charge, the bare minimum should be timely communication and responsibility when things go wrong.clear health failed on both counts, and i can’t recommend them to anyone who needs dependable dermatology care.
I was on accutane for the standard protocol and I had no problems at all. I just finished my treatment. If I had any issues or questions they responded fairly quickly. I would recommend this to anyone who had any problems with acne or their skin.
The staff at clear health are phenomenal. The doctors are knowledgeable and the office staff is very professional. They go above and beyond to help you, including with nightmare insurance. Taylor, and everyone else I have spoken to there, are true professionals.
Wanted to like them. I did Everything they needed ...2 months of blood work...urine work that I have to drive 30+ minutes for just for them to deny me right before they sent the prescription know why? THEY ACCESSED MY MEDICAL INFORMATION ILLEGALLY. I don't care if my leg is cut off this is about my acne and not being pregnant. No other information was ever needed.
