The procedures were far more comfortable than I anticipated. The final results are simply stunning — both in appearance and function. Every time I look in the mirror, I am thankful I chose this clinic. I also want to address something important. Before my visit, I noticed some negative reviews online that made me hesitant. However, when I brought this up at the clinic, the team explained the situation clearly and even provided evidence showing that those individuals were not actual patients. They explained that these people had attempted to extort money by threatening to post negative reviews. Witnessing this firsthand gave me complete reassurance. From my experience, I can confidently say that this dental clinic operates with honesty, transparency, and strong ethical values, always prioritizing patient satisfaction. The dentist and the nurse were truly exceptional; I have very sensitive gums, and dental visits can be tough for me. However, the nurse even held my hand during the procedure, making it a five-star experience. The dentist reassured me at every step and ensured my comfort. Throughout the process, I was kept informed about what was happening, why it was happening, and how to manage it, ensuring no surprises. My husband traveled from another country to undergo a specific dental procedure. We selected this clinic based on their online presence, where a person appeared as a doctor. However, upon arrival, we discovered that someone else, not the person shown, performed the procedure. When we sought clarification, we were simply told that the individual was "too busy," without any further explanation. This lack of transparency raised immediate concerns for us. Unfortunately, having traveled a long distance and already paid part of the cost, we felt compelled to proceed. We are sharing our experience to caution others about choosing clinics abroad, especially when relying on social media.
I hesitated to write a review as I didn't want to harm someone's reputation, but I must be honest. I have returned twice due to issues with my teeth. The first visit was for an implant fitting, which was fine, but I had three broken crowns. On my second visit, two crowns had come out and one tooth was broken. They fail to inform you that you can't eat chewing gum or anything that requires chewing for long, as it loosens what secures your teeth. Recently, one of my crowns fell out again, but I won't be going back. Despite being careful, the purpose of teeth is to chew food, right? Additionally, their appointment system is chaotic. You often have to chase them for updates, and they frequently change appointments, making it difficult to plan. I went in this year expecting my dental work to be completed before another procedure, only to be delayed and nearly miss my flight home. It's disorganized, not worth the money, and while the appearance of the teeth may look nice, the quality is poor. I’ve decided not to return for any future work. Terrible experience! Update: Another tooth has chipped!
